Les produits de la coop\u00e9rative sont \u00e9galement certifi\u00e9s en agriculture biologique<\/strong> \u2013 meaning that it can receive and work organic inshell and shelled walnuts from growers and guarantee the individualisation of the products.<\/p>\n

Several times a year, the cooperative is audited by the \"Ecocert\" organism.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It also has the \"Bio Suisse\" certification<\/strong> which allows exportation of organic products to Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Each year 700 tons of inshell walnuts from organic agriculture are delivered by fifty gowers at the cooperative which is ECOCERT certified.<\/p>\n

These figures are slowly increasing each year.<\/p>\n

Each grower is audited by a certifying entity. Both technicians have been trained to obtain their individual certificate, and the cooperative is itself certified since 2013.<\/p>
